I retired from Navy on I July 1989 with 31 years of service. During my career I was awarded the following personal honors awards.

Meritorious Service, Joint Service Commendation, Army Commendation, NavyCommendation, Navy Achievement on two occasions with a combat"V', and the Vietnamese Honor Award.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

Over 30 years of military and commercial management/technical control of Navy engineering weapons programs. This includes fleet shipbuilding conversions/overhauls and repairs, and "hands on" control of at sea engineering operations in four Navy ships. Qualified by Secretary of the Navy appointment for program management of large complex weapons systems with personal accountability for personnel, facilities,, equipment, financial management, acquisition/procurement and distribution of program resources.
